<p>The lock with a permanent magnet key has a moving actuating element acting in conjunction with magnetic locking rollers. These rollers are moved in the lock chamber freely on actuation by key. The rollers ensure that the contact pressure between rollers and other components, on forcing, is kept at a non-damaging value. The locking rollers (24) are situated in the chambers (22) whose width matches the axial length of the roller. The roller movement of these rollers is guided by contact on their end faces and these rollers (24) act in conjunction with actuating element (2). This ensures that actuating element (2) can be pushed against the roller end face when the system is locked.</p> |
