POLISHING METHOD, ELECTRONIC PART AND VARIABLE CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform amount of polishing even if the collective thickness of a plurality of works is different each other when applying polishing to the plurality of works such as dielectric elements serving as the stators of a variable capacitor. SOLUTION: After a plurality of works 21 are held by an aligning member 42 by using an aligning fixative 43 with each surface 22 to be polished brought into contact with the alignment surface 41 of the alignment member 42, each opposite surface 27 side of the plurality of works 21 is fixed to the holding surface 44 of a holder 45 through a polishing fixative 46, the aligning member 42 is separated from the work 21, and the surface 22 of the plurality of works 21 to be polished is then polished by a burnishing machine 47 with the works fixed by the holder 45.
