PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of crack on the surface of a roller table, by fitting a number of ring members which are in contact with the material to be rolled with their end faces closely contacted mutually around the outer surface of the round bar-shaped main body of the roller table and mounting an antislip key between the roller table and ring members. CONSTITUTION:Around the outer surface of the round bar-shaped main body 2 of a roller table, a number of ring members 3 which are in contact with the material to be rolled are tightly fitted with their end faces closely contacted mutually. The ring members 3 are needed to be thick enought to bear the shock load from the material to be rolled. And to rotate these ring members 3 in accordance with to the rotation of the main body 2, an antislip key 5 extending toward the direction of the rotating shaft 1 of the main body 2 of the roller table, is mounted between the outer surface of the main body 2 of the roller table and the inside surface of the ring members 3. Accordingly, the shock load from the material to be rolled is absorbed by the ring members 3 and no crack is generated upon the roller table. |
