<p>A processor for curing or tenderizing meat, such as ham, beef, poultry or the like, is improved by the provision of a masticator assembly which comprises a plurality of masticator blades mounted for free rotation and a plurality of stripper plates at least one of which is associated with each masticator blade the stripper plates having a stripping face which removes the meat from the masticator blades in response to rotation of the masticator blades.</p> |
