Described are compounds of formula XLI <CHEM> with R, R<4><2> and R<4><3> being hydrogen, alkyl, phenyl or phenalkyl being phenyl furyl, thiazolyl or thiadiazolyl; X being oxygen or sulphur; n being 0 or 1; and m being 2, 3 or 4. Described is a process for their production reacting compounds XLIII <CHEM> (L being X-alkyl or X-phenylalkyl with compound XLV A - (CH2)n - X - (CH2)m - NH2 XLV or reacting compound XLIV <CHEM> with HNR<4><2>R<4><3> XLVI. Compounds XLI are valuable H-2 antagonists. |
