<p>PURPOSE:To enable the logic synthesis to be processed in one semiconductor device while maintaining the insulated coupling of a signal transfer channel in a single semiconductor device by a method wherein multiple light emitting semiconductor circuit elements 4, and a unit of photoreceptor semiconductor circuit element receiving the photosignals as input to transmit output signals are enclosed in one transparent resin package to be photocoupled. CONSTITUTION:Respective electric input signals from signal sources 1, 2 becomes photosignals 5, 6 to be outputted as electric signals after being logical-sum- synthesized by a photoreceptor semiconductor integrated circuit element 7. furthermore, the overall semiconductor integrated circuit elements are enclosed in a transparent resin package 8. Then light emitting semiconductor circuit elements 3, 4 and the photoreceptor semiconductor integrated circuit 7 are photocoupled to logical-sum-sybthesize the signals in electrically insulted state so that input.output may be logical-processed by an insulated coupling circuit system in one semiconductor device to transmit signal thereof. Furtheremore, a signal reversing circuit can be included in each semiconductor integrated circuit element on input or output side to process not only addition but also multiplication.</p> |
