PURPOSE:To enable the titled manufacture to provide powder sponge puffs easily in a large quantity, by a method wherein a puff piece is molded within one side half split mold, to begin with, and then a unified puff body is formed by the other side half split mold, which is cut off appropriately so that different color parts are contained together, in a molding tool composed of the half split molds. CONSTITUTION:Upon casting of foamed latex into a mold 4 the same is vulcanized for an appropriate period of time by putting a lid 5 over the same. Then the lid 5 is removed from one side half split mold 4 and the other side half split mold 6 is put over the one side half split mold 4. Foam latex obtained by mixing different coloring matters among one another is cast within a mold formed of a sponge puff molded within the half split mold 4 and the half split mold 6 through a casting hole 8. A desired puff body is obtained by a method wherein the foam latex is vulcanized for the appropriate period of time, the sponge puff 2 in the half split mold 4 and a sponge puff 1 formed within the half split mold 6 are united, unloaded from a molding tool, and cut into round slices so as to contain the sponge puffs 1, 2. |
