PURPOSE:To obtain stably a fixed force of a guide shaft to a support mechanism by providing a spherical member provided between a shaft and a spring and a coil spring provided between the guide shaft and the support mechanism on a fitting means fitting both ends of the guide shaft to the prescribed support mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The titled player is provided with a guide path 1a provided on a support plate 1 and a carriage 17 guided by the guide path 1a while carrying an optical pickup means. The guide path 1a being the guide means has the guide shaft 13 supporting the carriage 177 freely movably and a fitting means 2a fitting both the ends of the shaft 13 to the support plate 2, the fitting means 2a has a coil spring 14 provided between the guide shaft 3 and the support plate 2 and the spherical member 15 provided between the guide shaft 13 and the coil spring 14, and even if the coil spring 14 is deformed, the fixing force of the guide shaft 13 to the support plate 2 is obtained stably.
