PURPOSE:To move a base by rotation and revolution by providing a solar gear to a couple of support plates provided with a turning disc having a long hole and inserting a base support shaft provided with a gear and a shaft having lots of slots for holding the base into the said long hole. CONSTITUTION:A couple of support plates 4 immersed in a tank 1 are provided perpendicularly to a carrier main body 3 set to the upper part of the processing tank 1, and a couple of rotary disc 6, 7 having a long hole 13 prolonged in the radial direction, a solar gear 12 concentric thereto and a planetary gear 12A are provided to the inner side of the plates 4. Then both ends of a base support shaft 14 provided with a gear 21 and a shaft 17 having many slots 18 to support a magnetic disc base 50 are inserted between long holes 13. Moreover, a ring 20 having a notch is provided for the purpose of preventing the shaft 14 from being fallen down to the upper part of the plates 4. Through the constitution above, the base 50 is being subject to plating while being moved in the tank 1 by the rotation of the shaft 14 and the revolution of the gear 21 and uniform plating without defective pits is applied on the surface of the base 1.
