PURPOSE:To improve the supporting capability of a disk by constituting a turntable supporting a disk with a base made of a hard material and an outer ridge member made of a soft material and providing ruggedness to the disk supporting face of the outer ridge member. CONSTITUTION:The base 13 made of a hard material such as a hard resin has a flange face 13a and a hole 13b for a center ring, a supporting face 13c required to support the inner circumference of the disk 2 is formed concentrically to the upper face of the disk expanded and reference faces 13d, 13e required to form the outer ridge member 14 are formed concentrically to upper and lower face of the disk. The reference face 13d has the same height as the disk supporting face of the peripheral side and the reference face 13e keeps a prescribed thickness accuracy to the reference face 13d. Faces 14a, 14b of the outer ridge member 14 made of a soft material such as rubber having the same height as the reference faces 13d, 13e of the base 13 are formed concentrically with a prescribed width.
