PURPOSE:To provide an electric and optical wiring circuit module capable of connecting electric and optical elements as well as electric and optical parts, that are different in height and position and located complicatedly, to each other efficiently in optical connection so that they can be mounted densely, and also provide its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:A core part 7, a clad layer 8, and an electric wiring 11 of an optical waveguide are formed on a polyimid film 5 to produce a flexible electric and optical wiring film. Using the film, electric and optical elements mounted on an electric and optical wiring substrate, etc., are connected to each other. Thus, because the flexible electric and optical wiring film is flexible and enables complicated wiring, electric and optical elements as well as electric and optical parts, etc., that are different in height and position and located complicatedly and densely, can be connected to each other optically and electrically. |
