PURPOSE:To achieve the enhancement in the measuring accuracy of the injection flow rate of a fuel injector, by driving the fuel injector by a drive pulse the predetermined times. CONSTITUTION:In a pulse generator 1, a drive pulse which has been adjusted by a regulator to a desired pulse width and frequency is generated. In a drive circuit 2, the amplitude of the drive pulse is amplified to drive a fuel injector. On the other hand, the drive pulse for driving the injector is counted by a presetcounter 3, and when the counted number reaches a predetermined number, a stop signal is input into a control part 4 to stop the output of drive pulse to the drive circuit 2. Accordingly, the actual injection flow rate of the fuel injector can be accurately measured, and even a minute change in performance can be grasped.
