PURPOSE:To enable cleaning of an electrolyzing device for a long period of time without maintenance by forming a hermetically closed circulation circuit between the electrolyzing device and cleaning liquid tank and providing a cleaning device which allows an operation through one action. CONSTITUTION:The hermetically closed circulation circuit 4 passing the inside of an electrolytic cell 3 is provided between the electrolyzing device body 1 and the cleaning liquid tank 2. Weir means 5a, 5b are disposed respectively to a cleaning liquid supply side circuit 4a and cleaning liquid recovering circuit 4b of the circulation circuit 4 to open and close the circuits 4a, 4b and to prevent the mixing of the water and the cleaning liquid in the electrolytic cell 3 at the time of non-cleaning. The fluid of the hermetically closed circulation circuit 4 is allowed to flow by a pump means 6. Since the hermetically closed circulation circuit 4 of this device is hermetically closed, the possibility of releasing of the effective liquid chemical to the outside is eliminated. |
