PURPOSE: A block straightener for high-speed filter bed is provided to easily clean impurities in filtration cap and prevent damage of the straightener due to backwash pressure by joining a water collection pipe to a working pipe. CONSTITUTION: A filtration cap(120) is equipped with a flange(122) and a cylindrical guide(124) at the bottom. A double check valve, which is hinge-joined to the guide(124), is opened during filtration and closed during backwash. A working pipe(140), which is joined to the filtration cap(120), has an entrance/exit opening(142) on one side and backwash water discharge openings(144) on all sides. A water collection pipe(150) is joined to a block(106), screw-joined to the bottom of the working pipe(140).
