<p>Hose (2) is moved by rollers (8a,b) into the unwinding mechanism (12,14) which separates the individual turns by means of a rotating blade after each hose corner has been pushed inwards by a reciprocating plunger to disengage the meshing. At the rewinding mechanism (18,20) separate pieces of packing (22) are inserted into the flat side joint during remeshing of a similar manner after each hose corner has been pulled outwards. Final meshing is ensured by pressuing guides (26a,b), forward motion occurs by synchronised movementt of the rollers and the two mechanisms. Two or more partial holes may alternatively be pierced in the flat side by a punch mechanism between the unwinding and rewinding mechanisms and synchronised with the hose movement. @(22pp DWg.No.1/16)@.</p> |
