Prodn. of HF filter - by applying paste to both sides of substrate, producing resonator structure, drying paste and annealing

An HF-filter (I) comprises a conducting path structure (3) with terminal contacts on a substrate (1). Prodn. of (I) is also claimed comprising applying a thick paste (2) to both sides (5,6) of the substrate (1) using a sieve, producing a resonator structure (3), connections (12) terminal contact spots (11) and through contacts (10), drying the paste and annealing. The terminal contact spots have terminal contacts. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple and inexpensive.
