Clock face display with hours and minutes indication - uses respective rotated indicators interconnected via rigid coupling which is driven by non-circular cog mechanism

The display uses an hours indicator (2) rotated at an angular velocity of 30 degrees per hour around a circular path concentric to the centre of the clock face and a minutes indicator (3) rotated around a second circular path. The minutes indicator (3) is coupled to the hours indicator (2) via a rigid coupling (1) which rotates about the hours indicator (2) at an angular velocity defined by a tangential equation. Pref. the rigid coupling (1) is driven by a non-circular cog mechanism. ADVANTAGE- Provides interesting time display.
