PURPOSE:To obtain a clip being free from bubbles and recessions and excellent in beauty and having the feeling of high grade by a method wherein screen printing is applied on the surface of the clip with ink to be set by ultraviolet ray or electron beam, heating is made and then the ink is set by applying ultraviolet ray or electron beam thereto. CONSTITUTION:A clip 1 is placed on the upper surface of a base, a screen 8 on which a guide member 7 having a hole 6 having the almost same diameter as the clip 1 is stuck, is put on the upper surface of the clip 1, and then ink 4 which is not set thermally, but is set by ultraviolet ray or electron beam, is laid on the upper surface of the screen 8 located at a position above the clip 1. Then, the ink 4 is transferred for printing onto the surface of the clip 1 by pressing a squeegee 9 strongly against it. In this state, a recession of about 6mum is left formed in the center of a printed part and also bubbles 10a remain. Thereafter, heating is made at a temperature of about 70 deg.C for about 10 minutes, and in a state of the recession and the bubbles 10a being vanished, subsequently, ultraviolet ray or electron beam is applied to set the ink 4. |
