PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide anonymous application storing method and system and a storage medium storing an anonymous application storing program capable of allowing both of a card issuing means and a service providing means to equivalently and safely store/delete an application program(AP) in/from an IC card by the mutual consent of a user, the card issuing means and the service providing means. SOLUTION: A user device generates anonymous registration information UIA including an anonymous user disclosed key and anonymous user information UIDA, generates information BI by blinding the information UIA, UIDA and transmits the generated information BI to an issue device. The issue device stores the information BI transmitted from the user device, adds certification information to the information BI by generating a blind signature, generates a temporary anonymity registered certificate LAB, and transmits the certificate LAB to the user device. The user device verifies the certificate LAB transmitted from the issue device, and when the verified result is correct, performs the post processing of the blind part of the certificate LAB, extracts an anonymity registered certificate LA, and stores the certificate LA in a storage means. |
