<p>PURPOSE:To enable an operating efficiency of a plant to be maintained stably and achieve operation control by determining an operation system of each equipment based on information regarding a supplied power, a working efficiency, a life consumption rate, etc., from a subsystem for each equipment. CONSTITUTION:An entire system is controlled by a central integration host system 4, is connected to each plant subsystem 3 in sequence according to a predetermined schedule through communication lines 7, 8, 9, etc., and a data indicating a state of a plant is centralized at the system 4. The system 3 stores a data on equipment within plant from a subsystem 2 for each equipment into an operation information file, reads design, production, and inspection data of each equipment 1 by referring to an initial information file of each equipment 1, inputs it into a life prediction program along with the operation data, and then calculates life consumption rate for each equipment 1. Then, based on this life consumption rate, an operation system of each equipment 1 is instructed by the system 3 and each equipment 1 works based on this life consumption rate.</p> |
