PURPOSE:To provide the title apparatus controlling the heating temp. of a steel plate constant, capable of preventing the damage or loss of the steel plate and achieving the enhancement of heat efficiency and the conservation of energy by employing a hot air heater as a heater. CONSTITUTION:A control panel 39, pinch rolls operated by the control signal from the control panel 39 and having function intermittently feeding a steel plate 5 and returning the same in the reverse direction, a hot air heater 3 equipped with a hot air generator 9 and a heating furnace 10, a heat insulator attaching device 26 supplying a heat insulating material 8 to the steel plate 5, a press bonding machine 2 bonding the heat insulating material 8 to the steel plate 5 under pressure and a reversal conveyor 37 reversing the product 40 fed from the press bonding machine 28 in the direction reverse to the feed direction up to now to feed the same in a table flap molding machine 38 are mounted.
