PURPOSE:To enhance the sensitivity in sensing the Corioli's force by forming the applicable circuit from two sets of piezo elements affixed to the side face of a vibrator associated with a vibration driving means therefore, two sets of capacitance elements, and six impedance elements, and by taking out differentially the sum of one of the piezo element outputs and the output of the end of capacitance element and the sum of the outputs of those of the other members. CONSTITUTION:Piezo elements 11, 12 are affixed to adjoining two side faces of a vibrating body 1 of a vibrator 5. Two sets of impedance elements Z1, Z5; Z3, Z6 are connected with these piezo elements 11, 12, and capacitance elements 13, 14 whose one-side ends are grounded, are connected with their junctions 18, 19 through other impedance elements Z2, Z4. A vibration driving means 2 supplies its output to the impedance elements Z5, Z6, and junctions 16, 22 are connected with an adder 6 while ones 17, 23 are connected with another adder 7. The outputs of these adders 6, 7 are fed back to the vibration driving means 2 via a differential amplifier 3 to hold the self-exciting vibration. Further. the junctions 16, 17 are connected with an adder 8 while the ones 22, 23 are connected with adder 9, and the outputs of these adders 8, 9 are connected with another differential amplifier 4, wherefrom a sensing value is output. |
