PURPOSE:To develop a stable humidifying purpose over a long period of time by employing a specific gap forming material between waterproof moisture permeable films in specific relation. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of extrusion molded material 3 is sent to a lower film material 2 by an extrusion molding machine 2 while upper and lower film materials 1,2 each being a porous film material having waterproof moisture permeability are unwound by an unwinding machine and bonded to the lower film material 2 or the upper film material 1. Next, the side edge parts of both film material 1,2 are welded by heating rolls 4, 4 and the welded film materials are taken up as a product 5. If necessary, a end part folding jig 6 is applied to the lower film material 2 to form a folded-back part 2a to the end part of the film material 2 and an adhesive 7 is supplied to the folded-back part 2a to achieve the adhesion with the upper film material 1.
