PURPOSE:To make a strong temporary cylindrical core, to facilitate making a temporary cylindrical core of a toilet tissue paper roll, to shorten the manufacturing time, to use the whole of the temporary cylindrical core of the toilet tissue paper roll as toilet tissue paper, and to prevent the paper cylindrical core from being left behind. CONSTITUTION:While monohydric alcohol aqueous solution is sprayed to toilet tissue paper 4 from the winding start end of the toilet tissue paper 4 or from a part of a designated length from the end, the toilet tissue paper 4 is tightly wound round a winding shaft 1 to form a solid temporary cylindrical core of the toilet tissue paper, the toilet tissue paper 4 is wound like a roll round the solid temporary cylindrical core, and then the winding shaft 1 is reduced in the outside diameter to be pulled out. Thus, a toilet tissue paper roll is manufactured. |
