PURPOSE:To position a specific electric wire in the sectional center of a wire harness by securing a general electric wire to a sheet, spirally winding the sheet around the specific electric wire positioned it in the center part. CONSTITUTION:A specific electric wire W1 is arranged in one end on a thin thickness sheet 11 of polychloride vinyl and secured to an upper surface of the sheet. One end of the sheet is wound so as to surround the electric wire W1 by the sheet, to bond the fellow sheets. Next, a general electric wire W2, after it is arranged on the rest of the sheet, is wound in a spiral shape with a part, surround by the sheet, serving as the nucleus, and finally separating paper, previously pasted to the other end face of the sheet, is peeled off and bonded to the outermost peripheral surface. By this constitution, the specific electric wire W1 is surely positioned in the sectional center. Even when provided interference between the outside and the specific electric wire W1, a wire breaking is first generated in the general electric wire W2, and abnormality of wire harness can be detected. |
