MUTIMEDIA COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To provide a technique that can prevent each group from hindering other groups even when plural discussions are concurrently held among these groups by dividing previously the attendant terminals into groups and then setting the audible voices for each group. CONSTITUTION:A communication conference is held among plural terminals via a communication processing server 5, and the media processing is carried out on the server 5 for each terminal. When the conference starts, the bidirectional connection is set between the server 5 and each terminals. The transmitted/received voices 100 of a terminals A1 are sent to the sever 5 via a network 4. The server 5 transfers the voices 100 to a voice processing part 53 via a network interface 51. Meanwhile the voices 100 are sent to the terminals A1 from the part 53 via the interface 51 and the network 4. The terminal A1 sends the voices 100 to a voice processing part 13 via a network interface 11. Then the voices 100 are outputted through a voice input/output part 17.
