PURPOSE: To obtain a tape for protecting the surface of a colored rubber of a tire having a tacky agent layer removable by washing with water. CONSTITUTION: This tape for protecting the surface of a colored rubber of a tire is obtained by coating the surface of a support, prepared by blending 100 pts.wt. polyvinyl chloride-based resin with 50-100 pts.wt. plasticizer and 0.5-5.0 pts.wt. stabilizer, consisting essentially of the polyvinyl chloride-based resin and having 90-200μm thickness with a water-soluble or a water-dispersible pressure-sensitive adhesive.
