<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a fault at one position of transmission line from being propagated not only to the abnormality of device at one station but also to the device at the other station by repeating specified data by providing a specified address generating means for pointer. SOLUTION: After an address for pointer is temporarily set by an address generating means 3c for pointer, even when the phase of input to a data constituting device A is changed, a transmission point processing circuit 3a is operated while keeping a fixed pointer value. At each constituting device, however, since the addresses for pointer are generated at random by the generating means 3c, the address different for each constituting device is set at the processing circuit 3a by the generating means 3c even when input data are continuously turned into '0' by any fault at a transmission line B1. Therefore, the received pointer value is made different from the transmitted pointer and when the continuous '0' data descrambled by a descramble circuit 1b are scrambled by a scramble circuit 3b, these data do not continuously become '0'. Accordingly, the instability of clcok at the next constituting device can be prevented.</p> |
