<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the traffic monitor device in which burst arrival is monitored with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The traffic monitor is provided with a 1st arrival interval measurement means 1505 measuring a received packet arrival interval and sending an overflow notice when the arrival interval is higher than a preset threshold level and with a 2nd arrival interval measurement means 1506 measuring a received overflow notice arrival interval and sending an excess notice when the arrival interval is higher than a preset threshold level and monitors the traffic based on the excess notice informed by the 2nd arrival interval measurement means 1506.</p> |
