PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a tray surely to be pulled into a case in a disk housing magazine. SOLUTION: When the tray T is inserted to the case 11, the part 16 to be inserted/held which is projected from the tray T, is inserted and held by pressurizing parts 12b, 12b of a C-shaped elastic holding member 12, and the pressurizing parts 12b, 12b hit against inclined surfaces 16d, 16d of the part 16 to be inserted/held. When the force exerted by the pressurizing parts 12b, 12b vertically on the inclined surfaces 16d, 16d is expressed as F, the tray T is pulled in by the force of (2.F.cosθ). Since the elastic holding member 12 holds the part 16 to be inserted/held from both sides, the frictional resistance between the case 11 and the tray T is not increased by this holding force, then the tray T is smoothly pulled in without resistance.
