PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily confirm images and information on the sheet shaped object of an index print or the like while magnifying them and to make the handing of an enlarging observation device as a device easy. SOLUTION: A print mounting base 14 on which a lens for observation 11 consisting of a magnifying lens and an index print 1 are to be mounted is freely and rotatably attached so as to rise up from a state in which it is folded with respect to a base 10 till a prescribed angle and the lens for observation 11 and the sheet shaped object mounting base 14 are risingly operated by a linkage mechanism (18). Moreover, they are enabled to be fixed at a prescribed angle by providing a lock supporting body 20 and guide grooves 21A∼21C. Furthermore, the lens 11 and the mounting base 14 are enabled to be set in the horizontal state by freely and rotatably providing a supporting body for horizontal state so as to be pulled out from the rear side surface of the base 10.
