PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing unit that can conceal data failed in decoding with a small-scale circuit and minimize a sense of incongruity of concealed image. SOLUTION: A q-bit MF recovery circuit 353 recovers a length of codes by utilizing correlation between blocks being divisions of plural frames when a length of the codes is lost. An ADRC decoding circuit 355 segments the code and decodes the codes on the basis of the length of the codes recovered by the q-bit MF recovery circuit 353 when the length of the codes is lost. A recovery error discrimination circuit 357 discriminates whether or not the length of the codes obtained by the recovery on the basis of the correlation between the blocks. A block shuffle circuit 356 inhibits output of the result of decoding of the codes for a prescribed frame when it is discriminated that the length of the codes is not correct.
