PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device with which the unwanted sticking of toner in a non-charged area is eliminated and the increase in the running cost and the contamination inside the device can be prevented. SOLUTION: Concerning this image forming device, a transfer counter roller capable of reciprocative stroke is provided inside the closed loop of a photoreceptor belt 1 and by continuously pressing a transfer plate with the transfer counter roller, toner images are transferred onto printing paper. In this case, this device has an impression voltage changeover switch 13 for switching an impression voltage to a conductive layer, timer 15 for controlling the ON/OFF of the impression voltage changeover switch, motor driving part 16 for driving roller for outputting a motor signal (a), with which it is controlled whether or not a motor 18 for driving for driving a photoreceptor belt driving roller 2a for rotating the photoreceptor belt is to be rotated, to the timer 15 and control part 17 for outputting a command signal to the motor driving part 16 for driving roller and controlling the entire device. |
