PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing management system with which the information processing function requested for a user can be easily selected without applying large load to the control part of the base of a home controller. SOLUTION: A home controller unit 1 for controlling/managing the information of facility or equipment to be used for a house, information supplied from the outside of the house and the other information is provided with a basic control part 1A for managing every information, plural plug-in units 1B for providing various information processing functions, and integration unit 1C for integrating the requested plug-in unit 1B into the control part 1A or disconnecting the plug-in unit 1B from the control part 1A. Thus, since only the required plug-in unit can be utilized through the integration means, the information processing function can be easily selected. |
