Equipment is withdrawn from well, cleaned from impurities and lowered into well to depth ensuring preservation of pressure in well not below saturation pressure. Then operation is renewed. Device for embodiment of the method includes pump with opening in upper part of pump body and with receiving valve, and plunger with valve. Plunger is installed in pump body for reciprocation. Inlet opening is provided with filter. Pump body lower part has sludge trap. Length of pump part under inlet opening is larger than plunger length.
