PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate inconveniences for requiring a rotary valve, a screw conveyor, and the like and a certain level difference between kilns when moving an object to be treated from one rotary kiln to another by shutting off an atmosphere. SOLUTION: An entry side kiln 1 is inserted into a partition box 12 with two holes, a plurality of agitation shafts 3 where a nib 11 is mounted while being shifted are welded to the tip, a partition plate 8 with a connection port 7 and a passage 10 is loaded into the other hole, a kiln tip 16 with a rake-up spoon and a guide 13 is clamped along with a stiffening plate 15 that is inserted into a hole where a gland packing is located with a bolt, and an outlet side kiln 2 is welded at a welding part 16.
