PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system for preventing overcharging of a secondary battery at starting a fuel cell stack. SOLUTION: The fuel cell stack 1 is divided into two to form a structure (a bypass pipe 7 and a flow passage changing device), capable of selectively starting only a firs fuel cell stack portion 1a and a switch 19 for connecting the secondary battery 17 to the first fuel cell stack portion 1a. At the start of the fuel cell stack 1, only the first fuel cell stack portion 1a is first started, and after starting, the power of the first fuel cell stack portion 1a is supplied to the secondary battery 17. |
