PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a display part in the desirable position of the top surface of a key top by depressing down a film sheet, on which a display part is printed with a rib formed in a die in the outside position of the outer circumference of a cavity for each key top. SOLUTION: A fixed side die 6 has a molten resin injecting opening 5, and a circular projecting rib 7 is installed in the outside position of an aperture of a cavity for each key top. A film 9, having a printing layer 10 previously printed, is bent in the same shape as the top side of a key top body, interposed between a moving side die 3 and the fixed side die 6, thermoplastic resin is projected from the molten resin pouring opening 5, and the film 9 and the key top body are integrally molded. When the die is fastened, the projecting rib presses the film 9 in the periphery of the key top, and the display part of characters and marks on the top surface of the key top is stabilized in the desired position. The molten resin pouring opening 5 is arranged on the backside of the whole key top body, and when the mold is opened, a gate is cut, and a sheet-like key top moldings is obtained.
