OPTICAL PICKUP DEVICE AND LASER DIODE CHIP

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical pickup device and a laser diode chip capable of preventing the generation of a chromatic aberration while attaining miniaturization by simplifying the constitution of the device in the case of using plural laser beams different in wavelength. SOLUTION: In the laser diode chip for the optical pickup device wherein plural light emitting parts exiting the laser beams mutually different in wavelength toward the same exiting direction are formed on a substrate, respective light emitting points of plural light emitting parts are prepared in positions different mutually in the existing direction.
