FLUID CONTROL DEVICE FOR HYDRAULIC HAMMER

PURPOSE: A fluid control device is provided to produce proper flow rate and pressure required for a hydraulic hammer by controlling a hydraulic pump without changing of a discharge flow rate. CONSTITUTION: A fluid control device comprises: a flow rate control valve(310) installed in a hydraulic hammer(110); a return line(30) connecting the flow rate control valves with a discharge line(20); a pressure control valve(320) installed between the return line and a supply line(10) of the hydraulic hammer; and a valve control unit(350). The valve control unit controls the flow rate control valve to pass a fluid of a predetermined quantity to the hydraulic hammer. Rest of the fluid is discharged to the discharge line via the return line. Fluid having a pressure higher than a predetermined level opens the pressure control valve, and the fluid is discharged by the pressure of the fluid. Therefore, the hydraulic hammer is supplied with fluid of proper rate and pressure.
