PURPOSE: A windshield wiper driving system is provided to wipe most of a windshield by track of the windshield wiper moving up and down and left and right. CONSTITUTION: A windshield wiper operation switch is on and drive voltage of a motor generates in an operation voltage generator. A motor(18) is driven to cause a drive axle(32) to rotate in one direction and a windshield wiper(11) reciprocates in left and right directions in a regular cycle by a rotatable converter(42). An eccentric cam(34) rotates left and right contacting with a guide hole. Shock occurring during up and down movement of the drive axle is absorbed by a spring positioned inside a buffer implement(40) so a nose(34a) of the eccentric cam rotates in contact with a guide hole. When the eccentric cam moves around a corner of the guide hole, the drive axle combined by a rotatable implement(41) and a universal joint(44) moves by a specific angle in left and right directions. So the windshield wiper reciprocates in an equal track as a windshield glass.
