PURPOSE: A semi-liquid phase treating apparatus is provided in which the mass production is possible due to superior agitating force of molten metal thereby enabling uniform structure and continuous production of the molten metal. CONSTITUTION: The semi-liquid phase treating apparatus comprises a cone shaped metal melting equipment (10) the upper and lower parts of which are opened; a vacuum actuator (20) which is vertically vibrated by an electrical signal; a conical winding axis (21) formed inside the metal melting equipment (10), wherein one end of the vacuum actuator (20) is connected to the upper part of the conical winding axis (21), and half-circumferential grooves (21a) having the same circumference as that of a molten metal efflux pipe (30) are circularly installed along the outer circumferential face of the winding axis (21) with spaced apart between up and down in a certain distance, and the molten metal efflux pipe (30) having a certain diameter is wound around the winding axis (21) with spaced apart between up and down in a certain distance in such a manner that the upper part of the winding axis is wide while the lower part of the winding axis is narrow; a molten metal infusion part (40) connected to the upper part of the molten metal efflux pipe (30); and a molten metal cooling part (50) in which a plurality of cooling pipes (51) are vertically installed, wherein the molten metal cooling part (50) is contacted with the lower part of the molten metal efflux pipe (30).
