PURPOSE: An apparatus for interface of a dual Ethernet is provided to enable data communication in an electronic communication device capable of physical interface only by a thin cheapernet without any MAU and AUI cables between a terminal and a full electronic exchange. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for interface of a dual Ethernet includes the following units. The first Ethernet control unit(202) controls data inputted and outputted from a full electronic exchange to an Ethernet and the first Ethernet board(200). The first Ethernet serial transceiver(202) transceive data by control of the first Ethernet control unit(202). The first transformer(206) transforms a voltage inputted and outputted to the first Ethernet serial transceiver(204). The first coaxial cable transceive interface unit(208) converts data transceived from/to a coaxial cable(23) or the first transformer(206). The first DC/DC conversion unit(210) receives a direct current and converts the same into the direct current conforming to the first Ethernet board(200).
