PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately carry out correction so that the concentration of a pixel corresponding to the defect position of a detection element being provided at a radiation solid-detecting device does not become specific concentration being different from the periphery. SOLUTION: A radiation solid-detecting device is equipped with a radiation solid detector 100 where a number of detection positions P (i, j) for detecting radiation to convert to an electric signal are arranged in a matrix corresponding to the pixel of an image, a storage means 40 that stores the coordinates of a detection position with a defect, and a correction means 30 that corrects the value of the pixel corresponding to the coordinates, thus accurately performing correction so that the concentration of the pixel corresponding to a detection element with the defect does not become specific concentration being different from the periphery, and hence obtaining an excellent image without any singular points.
