<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase an added value by making the best use of the physical property of a molding of an organic waste material, and reduce a molding cost. SOLUTION: A heater 25 is built in a first mold 8 which forms a cavity 14 in cooperation with a second mold 9. In the cavity 14, two or more kinds of organic waste materials are inserted. The recycled article obtained by using at least two kinds of organic waste materials is laminated locally, or over an extensive area, and has a higher strength than the intrinsic strength of the original resins. Innumerable clusters complicatedly generated locally receive a thermal vibration with the boundary face forming the cavity 14 as boundary conditions and thus microscopically from complicated layers and reticulation. A frictional layer is formed on the surface layer.</p> |
