PRODUCTION OF OLD PAPER-CONTAINING NON-COMBUSTIBLE WALL PANEL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an old paper-containing non-combustible wall panel characterized by that thickness accuracy in the wall panel is±0.5 mm or less, a wt. per one wall panel with a dimension of 90×180 cm is 20 kg or less and a drying time is short. SOLUTION: Old paper-containing cement paste 2 is applied to a long synthetic fiber nonwoven fabric 1 in a thickness of about half the total thickness of a product and cement is aged and dried to obtain a sheet and two sheets thus obtained are laminated by an adhesive 3 so that the nonwaven fabrics become outside and passed through the nip between two rolls 14, 14' to be regulated in thickness.
