<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part attitude arranging method and a part attitude arranging device capable of determining and arranging attitudes of irregular form parts at high carrying speed and at low cost. SOLUTION: In the middle of a carrying passage 5 of a belt conveyor 4 to carry seeds of pumpkins, a thinning part 12 and an attitude arranging part 13 are provided, width size of the seeds 1 thinned to a specified interval in the thinning part 12 and carried to the attitude arranging part 13 is measured by a transition sensor 16, this measurement is compared with reference preliminarily inputted to a data processing device to determine the attitude of the seed 1, the seed 1 of a defective attitude is eliminated by an air nozzle 17 based on the result of determination, and the attitude of the seed 1 carried is arranged.</p> |
