PURPOSE: A lightweight floating body is produced by molding a model of the floating body, followed by injecting raw material comprising polycarbonate and a synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A mold for producing the floating body is produced by the following steps: forming 0.6-1.0 mmΦ of an assembly hole for fabricating (102) at (301) of (201); dividing (101) into an upper part(201) and a lower part(202) in order to prepare a shape of a pyramidal pipe, wherein assembly jaws are formed at the upper and the lower part of the divided part(302); forming 1.0-2.5 mmΦ of an assembly hole for fabricating (103) at (304) of (202). The floating body(201,202) is injected with the polycarbonate and the synthetic resin by using the mold and filled with lagging material.
