PURPOSE: A general telephone combined internet phone terminal apparatus is provided to be capable of being connected to a personal computer and to perform interconnection calling through a recognition number contained between users. CONSTITUTION: A voice speaking terminal apparatus comprises is connected to a phone server and a plurality of personal computer at an internet communication network. A key pad(1) and a handset(3) are installed at a main body where a USB terminal(4) is connected to the computers. A microprocessor(6), a memory(7), a codec(8), and a reference frequency generator(9) are installed between an interface(5) and an amplifier(10) connected to the USB terminal(4) and the handset(3), respectively. A general telephone part(16) is installed to the microprocessor(6) and has a DTMF transceiver part(17) and an office line connecting part(18).
