PURPOSE: An internet kindergartner education site operation method is provided to enable small sized kindergarten to safely and conveniently perform an in-house or attending education so that it can reduce an education cost and time. CONSTITUTION: An internet kindergartner education site operation method comprises steps of a user accessing the kindergartener education site(S11), displaying a main page including a school bus circulation schedule guide, a moving picture chatting menu, an internet broadcasting menu and other contents for parents(S12), the service site displaying a guide information for each service menu if the user clicks a corresponding service menu(S13), the user logging in the service(S14), and the site server performing each service, such as a school bus circulation schedule guide, a moving picture chatting or an internet broadcasting(S16). The service performing step(S16) includes the user transmitting a moving picture, accessing a chatting room, selecting a specific instructor, and receiving a consult from the instructor.
